Maintenance Excellence Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our site's maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize product quality.
  • Manage and oversee cost control of all site-related maintenance activities, including contractor management.
  • Partner with Operations to drive improvement in AM and PM standards for Factory Performance and Reliability (FPR).
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals, focusing on ongoing coaching and development.
  • Effective management of maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory.
  • Provide hands-on support during equipment breakdowns, emphasizing timely and effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Requirements:
  • Degree-level education in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • +5 years' experience in engineering roles within FMCG manufacturing facilities.
  • At least 2 years as a maintenance engineer or maintenance manager managing a team of trades.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., SAP PM, MEX).
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Plant Systems (e.g., Wonderware Scada).
  • Experience with process and manufacturing equipment used in FMCG manufacturing (e.g., rotary fillers, labelers, tanks, pumps, packaging equipment).
Preferred Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
