Job Description:

  • Manage all housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and compliance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing team of housekeepers.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality control.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Diploma-level qualification in hospitality management or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar Housekeeping Manager role, preferably within a 4 or 5-star environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
