Job Description

We are seeking a senior web engineer to lead the development and maintenance of our websites on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) systems with a headless CMS architecture. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their skills in front-end React components and AEM components to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and AEM systems
  2. Integrate front-end React components into AEM templates for smooth user experiences
  3. Maintain and enhance the AEM backend implemented in Java to ensure optimal performance and scalability
  4. Create and manage RESTful APIs using AWS Lambda
  5. Continuously monitor backend performance, identify optimization opportunities, and improve code efficiency
  6. Manage and update CI/CD pipelines using tools like Docker and Serverless CI/CD

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Expertise in developing and managing websites on the AEM architecture stack involving React, Java, Sightly, and OSGi
  • Experience with Java-based backend development and scalable RESTful APIs using AWS Lambdas, API Gateways, and CloudFront
  • Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud Services including OpenSearch, Kibana, CloudFront, API Gateway, and CloudFormation
  • Familiarity with native Android and iOS applications using modern UI frameworks and deployment processes
