Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced AEM Frontend / JavaScript Developer. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JavaScript and React, with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), particularly in headless implementations. This role requires collaboration across design, backend, and content teams to deliver high-quality, performant, and accessible web experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain AEM-based frontend components for service and sales funnels.
  • Build and customize AEM components, templates, and client libraries (clientlibs).
  • Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences.
  • Ensure performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility of web applications.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support authoring workflows and content modeling within AEM.
  • Take ownership of deliverables and work independently when required.
Skills Required
  • Domain knowledge in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (vanilla and modern frameworks like React, Angular).
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), especially:
    • Content Fragments / Experience Fragments
    • AEM Headless APIs (REST)
  • Experience with authoring workflows and content modeling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with backend and content teams.
  • Proven experience building and customizing AEM components, templates, and clientlibs.
  • Integration of frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Familiarity with analytics tagging, personalisation, and funnel optimisation.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and Git-based workflows.
