Job Overview

The Demand and Supply Planning role is a critical function within our organization, responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of products to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Supply Chain, third parties, and source locations to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts, incorporating historical trends, seasonal fluctuations, and market analysis to inform planning decisions.
  • Lead consensus meetings to discuss variances in actual demand versus forecast and review sales budget impact.
  • Liaise with supply sites, centres of excellence, customer service, distribution, and shipping teams to ensure actions are executed as planned.
  • Monitor and control product inventories in accordance with safety stock levels and future day sales requirements.
  • Manage backorder reporting and communicate effectively with Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inventory planning and management.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build relationships with people at all levels and lead cross-functional groups.
