Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity. This role involves working 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, and requires the successful candidate to have a passion for providing high-quality education and making a real difference in the lives of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
  • To demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • To provide assistance to other educators in the room.
  • To maintain effective communication with parents.
  • To actively contribute to the educational program, observations, and documentation using Kinderm8 and informal opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A recognised Diploma qualification in Children's Services.
  • A valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check.
