Early Childhood Career Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and caring professionals to deliver high-quality early childhood education services for children and families in our centres.

About the Role:

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will foster learning, encourage confidence, nurture and care for children, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at the centres, adhering to established protocols.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver early childhood education services that support children's wellbeing and learning.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and stimulating environment and follow established procedures.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
  • Ability to build respectful and equitable relationships with children, families, teams, and the community

Additional Benefits:

  • Hourly remuneration commences at $38.71 gross per hour
  • Additional benefits include annual award salary increases, wellbeing initiatives, and other allowances as per the Award
