About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced leader to drive organisational efficiency and help educators succeed. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a central role in streamlining processes and making our organisation run smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Help educational institutions get more from their partnership by monitoring engagement and supporting the renewal process.
  • Streamline and automate processes to make things simpler and more efficient for both the broader team and our partners.
  • Oversee logistics of physical materials and digital resources.
  • Turn data into decisions by ensuring that dashboards, reports, and insights are accurate and ready for action.
  • Collaborate and lead across teams to support growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Owning projects end-to-end, leading them from planning through to evaluation.
