Accounting Professional Wanted

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled accountant to join our organization in a key role. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in driving the growth and development of our firm, while being mentored by experienced leaders to help them advance in their careers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior team members to ensure timely completion of client projects
  • Work closely with partners to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
  • Assist in staff training and development, fostering a culture of continuous learning
  • Lead and review the preparation of financial statements and tax returns for various entities
  • Manage the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG reports for companies and trusts
  • Liaise with government agencies on behalf of clients
  • Participate in training seminars, team meetings, and social events
  • Provide exceptional service to clients
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a chartered accounting practice
  • Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, Xero, and QuickBooks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
