Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist
About the RoleThis role offers a unique opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary clinical team, providing support services to medical, nursing, and paramedical staff within a large hospital environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical orderly services, including lifting, positioning, and general care of patients. They will also transport patients within the hospital using wheelchairs, trolleys, and beds, as well as respond to emergencies and conduct internal security functions.
About YouWe are looking for an individual with demonstrated knowledge of manual handling techniques, emergency procedures, and experience working in a Code Black Response Team environment. You should possess well-developed written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and function effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide medical orderly services to medical, nursing, and paramedical staff.
- Transport patients within the hospital environment.
- Respond to emergencies, including managing aggressive incidents.
- Conduct internal hospital security functions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of manual handling techniques and emergency procedures.
- Experience working in a Code Black Response Team environment.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively as part of a team.
