Job Description

We are seeking an experienced team leader to oversee the setup, execution, and pack-down of events and conferences.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a keen eye for detail.

  • Manage event set-up and pack-down with seamless service.
  • Brief the team on event details and ensure each guest experience exceeds expectations.

This role supports all food and beverage venues across the hotel, with a focus on event spaces called Gallery Meeting Suites.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years' experience in leading a team in a busy events & function area or F&B venue.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact with guests & colleagues.
  • Confident multi-tasker who can deliver under pressure.
  • Eye for detail and enthusiastic person motivated to take ownership and deliver a unique guest experience.
