">- Identify and understand client needs, developing strategies to overcome employment barriers
- Support clients in developing skills and abilities to obtain sustainable employment
- Establish and maintain relationships with employers and stakeholders to source job opportunities for clients
- Monitor and manage client progress towards meeting mutual obligation requirements with Centrelink
You will work in a team environment to achieve common goals, requiring excellent communication and customer service skills.
