About Our Client

We are working with a well-respected builder based in Brisbane city.

They take huge pride in their high-quality workmanship, relationship building, and sustainable business growth.

This reputable organisation is now looking to add a new Site Manager to their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management and coordination of sub-contractors on site
  • Maintaining a safe site environment at all times
  • Ensuring quality control and minimising defects
  • Collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are met
The Successful Candidate
  • Must hold a QBCC Site Supervisor licence or be able to obtain one at short notice
  • Have a good level of computer literacy, preferably with Procore experience
  • Hold a trade background, ideally in carpentry
  • Demonstrate a track record of delivering commercial projects up to $25m

  • A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $160-180k + super (dependent on experience/skill level)
