The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the service, overseeing the learning and teaching program, leading a professional learning community, and managing marketing and enrolment administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a high-quality learning and teaching program that meets the needs of children and families.
  • Lead a professional learning community that fosters collaboration, innovation, and excellence in early childhood education.
  • Manage marketing and enrolment administration to ensure the centre is fully subscribed and meeting its financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood qualification with Bachelor of Early Childhood highly desirable.
  • Thorough knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework, Child Protection, and National Quality Framework.
  • Current First Aid qualification that includes Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
  • A Working With Children Clearance.
