A Rewarding Career as Senior Occupational TherapistWe are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Melbourne VIC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting NDIS participants through assessments, interventions and ongoing capacity building therapies. Your expertise will also involve case management notes and reports, as well as collaboration with participants' families, medical practitioners and allied health professionals.
About the Role- You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and support to our clients.
- Utilize your clinical expertise to develop and implement individualized plans that cater to each participant's unique needs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including participants, families, and healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
