Job Title: Exercise and Simulation Professional

  The role of Exercise and Simulation Professional is a critical one, supporting the Navy Synthetic Warfighting Centre (NSWC) in delivering realistic and real-world command chain actions and reactions for synthetic events.

  Key responsibilities include providing tactically accurate blue-force and/or red-force professional interactor functions, executing and coordinating synthetic training events, and demonstrating proficiency in ADF tactics, doctrine, and procedures.

  To succeed in this role, you will need excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

  A key requirement is knowledge of current ADF Simulation doctrine, tactics, and procedures, experience working in a military training environment, and comprehension and use of military/RAN voice procedures.
