**In-Home Caregiver Opportunity**

**About the Role**

We seek reliable and empathetic In-Home Care Workers to join our team in providing high-quality care to valued clients in the Riverina and Central West regions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional client-focused behaviour, respect for others, and strong communication skills.

**Responsibilities Include:**

- Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties
- Accompanying clients on daily errands and providing companionship
- Supporting academic, social, or recreational activities
- Preparing food and feeding clients
- Administering medications as directed
- Observing and reporting any changes in health and wellbeing
- Responding to emergency situations
- Working flexible hours, including weekends and overnight shifts

**Requirements:**

- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (preferable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Comprehensive car insurance (preferable)
- COVID-19 Vaccination (mandatory)

**Additional Requirements:**

- National Police Check
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Drivers Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
