Lead Restaurant Team

As the restaurant leader, you will be responsible for guiding a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service across dine-in, takeaway, and delivery channels. This involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Main Responsibilities:- Service Excellence: Ensure outstanding service across all channels, resolve customer complaints professionally, and build strong community connections.
- Team Development: Hire, roster, train, and mentor staff to foster teamwork, accountability, and customer focus.
- Menu Strategy: Collaborate with the kitchen team to shape offerings based on customer trends, feedback, and operational goals.
- Health & Hygiene Compliance: Maintain strict hygiene standards and WHS compliance across all service areas.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in hospitality or business management, at least 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, and strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
