Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Job Description

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring food law compliance for our products in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist R&D with product formulation and recipes for regulatory compliance.
  • Evaluate nutrition aspects of recipes and products to meet global guidelines.
  • Train staff on labeling systems and guidelines.
  • Support QA with ingredient verification and product information.
  • Provide nutrition input to maintain product integrity.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant labeling and claims.
  • Collaborate with teams to address consumer and industry queries.
  • Contribute to industry discussions on food regulation.
  • Submit responses to regulatory proposals and applications.
  • Review product analysis for compliance.
  • Provide regulatory input on new product development.
  • Maintain systems for accurate labeling and artwork approvals.
  • Compile and update nutrition data charts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Specifications Admin, NPD, QA, Technical Operations, or Food legislation.
  • Good understanding of food ingredients, additives, and regulations.
  • Awareness of food regulations and experience with food legislation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
