Compliance Manager

The Compliance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations across the organization. This position requires expertise in compliance and risk management.

Key responsibilities include providing extensive advice on Open Banking and Consumer Data Right obligations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business unit alignment, assessing incidents against regulatory requirements, and supporting engagement with key regulators.

  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of incidents to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory matters.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Law or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in compliance and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to Business Banking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
