Join Our Data Center Operations Team

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the data center operations field, supporting the maintenance of critical space facilities and contributing to the seamless day-to-day operational requirements.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong interest in data center engineering or a related discipline. As a trainee, you will have the chance to learn about facility operations, asset management, and infrastructure engineering.

The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership abilities, and organizational skills. They should also be physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist on-site management of contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors
  • Maintain performance benchmarks and conduct analyses
  • Generate change management requests and incident management tickets
  • Contribute to documentation relevant to business and facility operations
  • Participate in construction and operational meetings

Basic Qualifications:

  • Interest in maintenance of data centers or critical space facilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • Physical fitness and comfort in a fast-paced environment
  • Facilities Management mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or Technical (Military/Trade School) Degree Cert IV and relevant experience
  • Data Center Engineering/Operations Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
