Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Perth. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

About the Role

This role requires a warm and sincere individual who can engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, processing transactions and payments using our MICROS system, while maintaining cleanliness and condition of your working area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guests with a warm and sincere greeting
  • Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions
  • Process transactions and payments using MICROS system
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of working area

Requirements:

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification from a nationally accredited training provider
  • I'm Alert Food Safety Certification from the City of Perth
  • Experience working in a customer service role is preferable
  • Possession of unrestricted working rights for Australia
  • Availability to work weekends (Friday and Saturday)
