About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our Enterprise Network team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing software systems that are secure, maintainable, scalable, and extendable.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop software systems that meet the needs of our internal customers and stakeholders.
  2. Work closely with our Network/Systems/Software Engineering teams to ensure fast, smooth roll-out of new designs and products.
  3. Develop internal solutions that allow us to scale via automation and eliminate operational inefficiencies.
  4. Automate the deployment of network devices gateways using infrastructure as code across all of our network fabrics.
  5. Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance our network infrastructure.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of distributed systems and scalability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
