Job Overview
As a key leader, you will drive the delivery of our product strategy in Oceania, focusing on growth and profitability.
The role involves defining and executing the product strategy, business roadmap, and investment opportunities to expedite the growth of our landside transport product.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining the product strategy and business roadmap for Landside Transportation in Oceania.
- Setting clear direction and expectation with business stakeholders to deliver the product strategy and business roadmap.
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Accountability for the product P&L, including pricing strategy, cost management, and margin optimisation.
- Regularly reporting on KPIs, forecasts, and key financial metrics to senior stakeholders.
- Monitoring product performance and implementing initiatives to improve profitability and cost-to-serve.
Requirements for success include:
- 10 years of experience with strong expertise across strategy and operations.
- Previous work experience and deep knowledge across Transport, Wharf Cartage, Depot, and Port stevedore sectors in the ANZ market.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and leadership qualities.
