Key Responsibilities
  • Own the entire preconstruction process, from project inception to completion.
  • Deliver accurate take-offs, create competitive bids, and manage proposals for Conceptual, negotiated, Hard-bid, and Design-Build Projects.
  • Collaborate closely with executives, project teams, clients, and subcontractors to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Drive project strategy and pricing decisions to maximize value.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in estimating or preconstruction, preferably in commercial/industrial GC or developer sectors.
  • Demonstrate strong hands-on skills in take-offs, quantity surveying, and bid creation.
  • Comfortable leading strategic discussions while actively building estimates.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills to drive results.
