About the Role

As a key member of our IT team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of projects by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource planning and management
  • Contractor and vendor management
  • Broad stakeholder engagement to support project outcomes
  • Business case preparation, including scope, schedule, and estimates
  • Risk and issue management within the IT program and projects
  • Cost monitoring, projection, control, and reporting
  • Leading a broad team of Project Managers, Analysts, customers, third-party suppliers, and the IT Leadership Team

About You:

You are a passionate project leader with a proven track record of building strong relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes. You will leverage your blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and communication skills to contribute to the IT Strategy.

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of experience in IT Project and Program Management
  • Adaptability in using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Relevant industry qualifications, such as AgilePM, PMI, PMP, or PRINCE2
  • Proven ability to drive change and foster collaboration across key stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing IT programs
