  • As a Technical Specialist, you will provide high-level technical expertise and strategic insight to assist in the development of appropriate strategies. You will also offer mentoring and training to support the growth and development of technical staff.

  • Key responsibilities include:

    • Providing technical expertise and support to ensure consistency of approach to factors impacting claims cost

    • Developing and implementing frameworks to improve performance and address audit results

    • Collaborating with stakeholders to build positive relationships and achieve business objectives

    • Ensuring departmental procedures and training are aligned with business objectives and legislative requirements

  • Requirements:

    • Extensive experience handling complex Workers Compensation claims, particularly supporting small business clients

    • In-depth technical knowledge of personal injury claims and relevant legislation

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively
