Optimising logistics and mobilisation processes is at the core of this role.

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operational staff, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new starters, coordinating with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a smooth recruitment process, and developing and implementing strategies for process improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to problem solve and work independently within a team environment. Prior experience in high-volume mobilisation or administrative roles is preferred.
