We are seeking an experienced server to join our restaurant in Canberra.

Job Overview:

We are a fast-paced Asian eatery located in the city, and we are currently looking for floor staff with hospitality or customer service experience. The ideal candidate will be kind, easy-going, and able to work well under pressure. We require the successful candidate to be available for Friday and Saturday dinner shifts (5:30-9:30 PM) and other shifts are flexible to discuss. ACT RSA is essential. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a friendly team environment, providing excellent customer service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Manage cash handling and credit card transactions accurately
  • Ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean and tidy at all times

Requirements:

  • Hospitality or customer service experience (essential)
  • Availability to work Friday and Saturday dinner shifts (5:30-9:30 PM)
  • ACT RSA (essential)
  • Ability to work well under pressure
