Role Summary

This is a care coordination opportunity where you will be responsible for scheduling and managing care worker schedules to meet client needs. This involves addressing scheduling conflicts or issues in a timely and professional manner.

About the Role

You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our scheduling process to enhance service delivery. Experience in scheduling/rostering within the Age Care industry is required, as well as intermediate computer literacy in using a variety of Microsoft Office programs and online systems.

  • We are seeking someone with strong organizational skills who can manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • A key aspect of this role is maintaining open communication with both clients and care workers, ensuring their needs are met in a respectful and empathetic manner.
