About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in Welshpool, WA. As a Sales Estimator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for gathering information to service them efficiently, effectively, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing quotations using industry-standard CAD software
  • Processing orders and providing order status updates
  • Sourcing pricing from suppliers
  • Handling technical and general enquiries
  • Assisting customers through all stages of product manufacture
  • Supporting external sales and customer service team members

Requirements:

  • Experience in drafting using industry-standard CAD software (desirable)
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Proven customer service skills and internal sales experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
  • Understanding of quality management systems
