Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our team in improving the safety and reliability of rolling stock. This is a challenging role that provides scope to make improvements and requires strong leadership capability, analytical and problem-solving focus.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronic) and postgraduate qualifications in Rolling Stock Engineering (desired). They will also have demonstrated ability and experience in leading teams of professionals providing technical and engineering services, with a focus on reliability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering reliability engineering and condition monitoring solutions.
  • Establishing the condition and performance of current assets using advanced analytics.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronic).
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Rolling Stock Engineering (desired).
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in leading teams of professionals.
