We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality Behaviour Support services.

About the Role

As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing holistic approaches to therapy and working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored plans.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

  • You will work in a generalist capacity or focus on one or more areas: Forensic, Trauma-informed Practice, Mental Health, Intellectual Disability, or Degenerative conditions.

Our services are designed to help individuals achieve a better quality of life, and our Therapists work closely with clients to deliver assessments, reports, and Behaviour Support Plans in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans for clients.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Psychology, Occupational Therapy).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
