About the Role

This position requires a hatted restaurant background, as well as experience in supervising a team of 15 across two dining periods. You'll report directly to the Chef de Cuisine/Executive Chef and be responsible for daily operations and staff development.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present all dishes for the restaurant
  • Ensure consistent dish quality and adherence to standards
  • Assign tasks to subordinates and monitor their performance
  • Maximize employee morale and productivity
  • Analyze menus, recipes, and food costs to drive profitability
  • Train and guide culinary employees
  • Conduct monthly inventory checks
