Welcome to the role of Senior Chef Operations Manager at Dnata Travel Group. We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our operations.

As a Senior Chef Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary and daily operational functions within a high-volume commercial production kitchen. This encompasses leading all Kitchen Operations and Catering Production for the facility, while leading the senior leadership group to meet objectives.

  1. You will act as a senior member of the Dnata Melbourne Leadership Team, lead and represent all objectives for the Culinary Operations.
  2. Provide professional and effective direction for all Culinary team members.
  3. Mentor and lead kitchen managers including Executive Chef and Exec Sous Chefs.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in managing a large commercial food service operation, with experience in airlines, convention centers, large hotel banqueting, events, and stadium catering. They will also have proven leadership experience to manage a team of 200+ personnel, exposure to airline catering operations is preferred but not essential.
