Ensuring supply chain efficiency is crucial in today's fast-paced business environment.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in procuring goods and services from suppliers.

Key responsibilities include supplier onboarding, managing non-disclosure agreements, quoting, negotiation, and purchase order placement.

You will work closely with suppliers to investigate potential direct parts and repair services, identify and address shortfalls in the supplier base, and expedite quotes and orders to meet delivery, quality, and corporate KPIs.

In addition, you will generate weekly and monthly reports, prepare import and export permits, and provide administrative support for various systems.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, experience dealing with export/import requirements, and demonstrated expertise in cost analysis, proposal negotiations, and expediting and shortage management.
