The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department.

This role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction within all areas of the property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple properties or locations as needed, stepping in for absent Housekeeping Managers, being hands-on whenever needed.
  • Assist in managing the housekeeping team, including supervisor, room attendants, public area attendants, and houseman.
  • Coordinate daily work schedules, allocate rooms, and delegate tasks to ensure effective cleaning coverage.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service expectations.
  • Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
