Our Regional Management Trainee (RMT) Program is designed to fast-track graduates into leadership roles within our organization. This initiative is crucial for cultivating the next generation of leaders who will steer our business towards success.

We are the Omnichannel-Fulfilment division of a leading global container logistics firm, dedicated to enhancing and streamlining our clients' supply chains. As the preferred logistics partner for numerous local and international enterprises, we provide a comprehensive range of integrated logistics and supply chain management services across various sectors, including Lifestyle, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Retail, and Technology. Our extensive distribution network throughout Asia allows us to work closely with over 400 brand owners and retailers, delivering customized warehousing and transport management solutions. Our Omnichannel-Fulfilment operations connect origins and destinations with unparalleled flexibility, timeliness, and responsiveness.

The Journey:

Nurturing future leaders is essential to our growth. The RMT Program offers an immersive 18-month experience, exposing participants to diverse business environments. You will gain practical experience and tackle real-world business challenges through job rotations, blended learning, management mentoring, corporate training, and special projects. Guidance from seasoned mentors will be provided, along with opportunities to network with senior leaders, RMT alumni, and fellow trainees.

Career Development:

Successful participants in the RMT program will be positioned for roles within the company, embarking on a path to become Managers or Senior Managers within a 2 to 5-year timeframe.

Areas of Exposure:

Operations play a central role in our success. You will gain hands-on experience on the warehouse floor, learning how we design, implement, and execute solutions for our global retail clients. Experience the excitement behind major online campaigns and understand the dynamics of our operations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline with a strong academic record
  • Recent graduates or those with up to 2 years of professional experience
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges
  • A genuine passion for the Supply Chain industry
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
