As a care professional, you will support elderly people in a residential aged care setting.

We are looking for individuals who can work at least three shifts a week and have flexibility to work across various shifts on a permanent part-time basis from Monday to Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional resident care and support in line with individual care plans
  • Promote independence, uphold residents' dignity, and respect their right of choice
  • Assist with daily living tasks according to assessed needs, including toileting, showering, dressing, feeding, personal hygiene, and other duties as directed by the Manager
  • Ensure meals are served to residents at the appropriate time and temperature, and report uneaten meals
  • Support resident mobility while prioritizing safety and comfort
  • Identify and report any issues or concerns to the Manager
  • Foster a strong focus on resident wellbeing and adapt work practices to meet diverse resident needs
  • Demonstrated experience working with elderly people is beneficial
  • Current National Criminal History Record Check is required
  • Display genuine interest in adding value to residents daily
  • Exhibit resilience, quick thinking, and effective problem-solving abilities
  • Emphasize honesty, integrity, and ability to work independently

The successful applicant must have documented Covid injections by commencement.
