We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Club General Manager.
- About the Role:
- Spearhead the growth and success of our fitness clubs by leading teams with vision and purpose.
- Bolster operational efficiency through effective budget management and financial planning.
- Drive communication and collaboration among staff, members, and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of accountability, partnership, and continuous improvement.
Purpose and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our mission of delivering fun, affordable fitness and embodying our House of Values. They will ensure that the club is staffed with team members aligned with our vision, achieve monthly SMART goals, manage overall club operations, oversee local marketing, maintain high standards of cleanliness and club operations, and oversee payroll and labor budgets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of leadership/management experience or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving business objectives, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a servant leadership mentality.
- First Aid & CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within three weeks.
- WWC (Working With Children) certificate/number for NSW & VIC, Blue Card for QLD from employment start date.
