Job Title: Airport Operations Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Airport Operations Coordinator to join our business and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at all times.

You will be the first point of contact for landside systems, managing security and assisting with queries and operational issues. You will also monitor surveillance systems, respond to alarms, and liaise with law enforcement as necessary.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing car park systems, security, and queries;
  • Collaborating with Ground Transport Teams for seamless operations;
  • Maintaining accurate records in Gallagher systems;
  • Liaising with ground handling agents and emergency resources;

To succeed in this role, you will need to think critically, demonstrate excellent active listening skills, and problem-solve quickly and accurately. You will work well in a team and be comfortable using Microsoft Office and new technologies.
