Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Specialist to join our team at Coke Plant. As a key member of the project coordination team, you will play a crucial role in driving mechanical project activities and providing technical guidance.

About The Role

You will support multi-disciplinary teams by coordinating mechanical project activities, creating and managing work orders, participating in root cause analysis and isolation coordination, leading digital transformation initiatives, promoting digital adoption, and contributing to maintenance strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate mechanical project activities and provide technical support
  • Create and manage work orders
  • Participate in RCA/DEA and isolation coordination
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across maintenance systems
  • Promote digital adoption and support team upskilling
  • Contribute to maintenance strategy development and continuous improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
  • Diploma of Engineering or willingness to obtain
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in project coordination and maintenance
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for digital tools and data analytics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook) and willingness to learn Industry 4.0 platforms
