About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing professional to join our Marketing department in Sydney. As Head of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the strategic marketing direction for our CFD and Share Trading products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, sales, and customer services to build product knowledge and provide insights to support sales efforts.
  • Assess market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform product marketing plans.
  • Refine and maintain customer propositions based on feedback and changing buyer personas.
  • Support product development with a customer-centric approach, ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Develop and deliver new product propositions for key customer segments, based on market research and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with the product team to evaluate our proposition in market and suggest improvements.
  • Provide ongoing reporting on product marketing programs to drive continual improvements.
Requirements
  • Strong product marketing experience, ideally 8+ years, with a focus on online CFD and share trading.
  • Minimum 3-5 years people management experience.
  • Curiosity and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work with data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Commercial skills to understand the role of products within company strategy.
  • Knowledge of or passion for the financial markets and online share trading.
  • Relevant university degree in business, marketing, or media/communications.
