Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Growth: Drive the growth of Konnect across QLD, inspiring your team to identify, target, and win new business.
  2. Strategy & Execution: Work closely with the Regional Manager to craft and implement strategies that push the business forward.
  3. Mentorship & Motivation: Lead by example, providing mentorship and support to help your team reach their full potential.
  4. Results-Focused: Own your KPIs for revenue and gross margin, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
