Job Summary

The Senior Production Engineer will be responsible for setting up material, people, and equipment in Salesforce, tracking them in Celoxis, and organizing production lines for new products. This position involves influencing project direction to consider scalability from the start.

Key responsibilities include performing electronics diagnostics and repairs or providing instructions for technicians to repair products, conducting root cause analysis on material failures at incoming goods, production failures, and customer returns, and supporting the production team by providing technical expertise to minimize stoppages and meet targets.

  • Electronics Diagnostics and Repairs: Perform timely and accurate diagnostics and repairs of electronic products or provide instructions for technicians to repair products.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations to determine the root cause of material failures at incoming goods, production failures, and customer returns.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to the production team to minimize stoppages and ensure efficient production processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Systems with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Established professional relationships with suppliers.
  • Experience in assembling and fabricating advanced electronic products.
  • Ability to operate equipment and learn from suppliers.
  • Quick learner capable of developing deep technical skills.
  • Experience in measuring and reporting production metrics.
  • Basic knowledge of software, electronics, and mechanical design processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, fault-finding, and debugging skills.
