About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Communications and Change Manager to lead and manage significant change and communications initiatives across the business. This includes change activities related to rolling out business IT projects, internal communications, the internal Intranet platform, Website, and employee training programs. The successful candidate will ensure that these areas effectively support the organisation's strategic goals and enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute communication strategies to convey change initiatives to all levels of the organisation.
  • Oversee the management of the Stowe internal Intranet & Stowe Website as a critical tool for internal communications and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with HR to develop and implement training programs that align with change initiatives and organisational goals.
  • Lead change management projects, ensuring that change is implemented effectively and with minimal resistance.
  • Engage and align key stakeholders and leaders, facilitating buy-in and support for change initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of communication strategies, intranet functionality, and training programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in change management, communications, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with digital tools and platforms, including intranet, SharePoint, Websites and learning management systems.
