North Queensland Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven and experienced sales professional to join our North Queensland team. As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth of two high-end wine brands in your territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic relationships with customers to drive sustainable account growth.
- Manage the distribution, sales rate, and promotional activities of our wine brands in retail and on-trade channels.
- Build brand awareness through customer presentations, brand advocacy, and tastings.
- Ensure customer alignment with agreements, such as promotional activities and joint business plans.
- Provide feedback to the National Accounts team on compliance and market activity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in FMCG or a related field.
- The ability to collaborate with diverse customers and teams along with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience working in an autonomous environment with a high level of autonomy and adaptability.
