Nurse Practitioner

This position is an excellent opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse to join our team at the Far West Local Health District. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of rural and remote healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the evaluation of nursing care through provision of information, documentation, and reporting changes in patient conditions.
- Act as a preceptor to other Enrolled Nurses, undergraduates, Assistants in Nursing, and work experience students as appropriate.
- Work within own scope of practice and seek support, learning, and education where required.
- Administer medications in accordance with NSW Health and Far West LHD policies and procedures, where the occupant of the position is medication endorsed.
