About your new role
- Delivering individualised clinical-based nursing care to our residents
- Leading and mentoring care and clinical team members
- Conducting nursing assessments and developing care plans specific to resident needs
- Providing outstanding nursing advice and support to residents and their relatives
- Developing supportive working relationships with fellow nurses and treating health professionals to maintain the highest standards of care
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration and a bachelor's degree in nursing (essential)
- Minimum two years' experience as a registered nurse
- Previous experience working in aged care (highly desirable)
- Proficiency in using various systems, including online care management programs
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and recent flu vaccination
We offer a competitive salary package of approximately AU$90,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes superannuation, generous annual leave and other benefits.
