Your New Role
Nursing Care Professionals will deliver individualized clinical-based nursing care to our residents, lead and mentor care and clinical team members, conduct nursing assessments, and develop care plans specific to resident needs.
Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm, and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and provide excellent clinical care for our residents while effectively leading and supporting a team.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Current AHPRA Registration and a bachelor's degree in nursing (essential)
- Minimum 2 years' working experience as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience working in Aged Care (highly desirable)
- Proficiency in using various systems, including online care management programs
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19 and recent flu vaccination
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
